      Sissejuhatus

      Nefes OÜ asutati 20.07.2023. aastal. Tegemist on ettevõtte esimese majandusaastaga. Ettevõte põhitegevus on soolatoa teenuste pakkumine, sh haloteraapia seansid.

      Tulud, kulud ja kasum

      Majandusaastal moodustas ettevõtte müügitulu 26 657 eurot. Ettevõte majandusaasta lõppes kahjumiga 9 208 eurot.

      Finantsseisund

      Ettevõtte netovara seis 31.12.2024 seisuga ei vastanud äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele. Juhtkond on teadlik nõudest taastada netovara vastavus ja hindab võimalikke lahendusi, sealhulgas täiendavat kapitali kaasamist või omanikepoolseid muudatusi.
