Gerbera Properties OÜ asutati 2023. aastal eesmärgiga investeerida kinnisvarasse ning anda seda üürile. Aruandeperioodil ettevõtte põhitegevuseks oli ettevõtte tegevuse ettevalmistamine ning kinnisvarainvesteeringu soetamine.

Investeering kinnisvarasse finantseeriti omanike antud laenuga. 2023.-2024. majandusaastal ei teenitud veel müügitulu ega olnud ettevõttes ka töötajaid. Esimesed üüritulud on ettevõttel tekkinud 2025. majandusaastal.
