      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      1. aastal jätkas NetServ OÜ IT-teenuste arendamise ja osutamisega. Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 7 306 eurot. Majandusaasta lõpetati 10 451 euro suuruse kahjumiga, mille peamiseks põhjuseks olid tööjõukulud ja ettevõtte arendamisega seotud tegevuskulud. Samuti mõjutas ettevõtte tulemusi tehisintellekti (AI) kiire areng, mille tõttu ei õnnestunud ettevõttel alustamisel seatud eesmärke täiel määral saavutada.

      Aruandeaasta lõpu seisuga oli ettevõtte omakapital väiksem kui pool osakapitalist. Juhatus on hinnanud ettevõtte finantsolukorda ning leiab, et ettevõte on jätkuvalt tegutsev. 2026. aastal on plaan suurendada müügitulu, jätkata olemasolevate teenuste arendamist ning otsida uusi võimalusi ettevõtte tegevuse parendamiseks ja kohandamiseks kiiresti muutuvas tehnoloogilises keskkonnas. Vajaduse korral toetab ettevõtte omanik ettevõtet täiendava finantseerimisega, et taastada omakapital vastavusse seaduses sätestatud nõuetega.

      Juhatuse hinnangul on ettevõte jätkuvalt jätkusuutlik ning majandustegevuse jätkumine ei ole ohus.
