      Üldinfo

      Lutsu Maja OÜ asutati 18.09.2023. Ettevõtte peamine tegevusvaldkond on restorani toitlustusteenuse pakkumine

      Vana-Viru 15 asuvas hoones, millel on ajalooline seos tuntud Eesti kirjaniku Oskar Lutsuga. Lisaks toitlustamisele tegeleb ettevõte ka ruumide rendi ja ürituste korraldamise teenuste pakkumisega. Esimese majandusaasta jooksul oli ettevõtte tähelepanu keskmes ruumide renoveerimine ja ehitustööd, et valmistada ette restorani avamist ja lisateenuste käivitamist 2024. aasta teises pooles.

      Tegevuse kirjeldus ja fookus 2023. aastal

      Esimese majandusaasta jooksul keskenduti ruumide sisustamisele ja värskendamisele, et valmistuda restorani ja üritusteenuste käivitamiseks.

      (cid:127) Ruumide värskendamise ja sisustamise kulud moodustasid kokku 59 077 eurot.

      Tööjõud ja personalikulud

      Esimese majandusaasta jooksul oli Lutsu Maja OÜ-l üks töötaja. Tööjõukuludeks kujunesid 1 918 eurot (sh riiklikud maksud).

      Finantsseis ja tulevikuplaanid

      Restoranitegevuse ja ruumide renditeenuse käivitamine on kavandatud 2024. aasta teises pooles. Lutsu Maja OÜ kavatseb järgmise majandusaasta jooksul keskenduda aktiivselt toitlustusteenuse ja ürituste korraldamise tegevustele, eesmärgiga kasvatada tulu ja luua stabiilne klientide baas.
