      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Laserkliinik OÜ asutati 18. septembril 2023 ning ettevõtte põhitegevuseks on dermatoloogiliste teenuste osutamine, sealhulgas laserravi ning nahahaiguste diagnostika ja ravi.

      2025. aastal jätkas ettevõte tegevuse arendamist ning teenuste kvaliteedi tõstmist. Majandusaasta jooksul keskenduti olemasolevate teenuste täiustamisele, patsientide arvu kasvatamisele ning kliiniku töökorralduse ja sisemiste protsesside arendamisele.

      Ettevõtte müügitulu oli 2025. aastal 664 558 eurot (2024: 560 094 eurot), kasvades võrreldes eelmise aastaga 18,7%. Majandusaasta lõppes kasumiga summas 196 037 eurot (2024: 174 674 eurot).

      Majandusaasta jooksul jätkas ettevõte investeeringuid põhivarasse ning kliiniku tegevuseks vajalike ruumide arendamisse. Aruandeaasta lõpu seisuga olid osad parendus- ja ehitustööd veel lõpetamata ning kajastatud lõpetamata ehitusena materiaalse põhivara koosseisus.

      2025. aastal töötas ettevõttes keskmiselt 5 töötajat taandatuna täistööajale. Ettevõte peab oluliseks professionaalse meeskonna arendamist ning kvaliteetse raviteenuse pakkumist.

      Majandusaasta lõpu seisuga olid ettevõtte varad 852 753 eurot ning omakapital 370 711 eurot. Ettevõtte finantsseisund on tugev ning juhatuse hinnangul on ettevõttel olemas piisavad ressursid tegevuse jätkamiseks ja edasiseks arenguks.

      Ettevõtte tegevusega seotud peamised riskid tulenevad tervishoiusektori regulatiivsetest nõuetest, konkurentsiolukorrast ning üldisest majanduskeskkonnast. Riskide maandamiseks jälgitakse pidevalt ettevõtte rahavoogusid, kulustruktuuri ning teenuste kvaliteeti.

      2026. aastal on ettevõtte eesmärk jätkata teenuste valiku arendamist, investeerida kaasaegsesse meditsiinitehnoloogiasse, tugevdada turupositsiooni ning parandada klientidele pakutavate teenuste kvaliteeti. Samuti jätkatakse investeeringuid töötajate professionaalsesse arengusse ja kliiniku tegevusprotsesside täiustamisse.

      Aruande koostamise kuupäeva seisuga ei ole juhatusele teada asjaolusid, mis seaksid kahtluse alla ettevõtte võime jätkata tegevust jätkuvalt tegutseva ettevõttena.
