      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Kalju Agro OÜ on asutatud eraldumise teel Lelle Põllumajanduse Osaühingust 29.09.2023. Tegevusalaks on söödakultuuri- ja heintaimekasvatus jm. üheaastaste põllukultuuride kasvatus (EMTAK 01199).

      Kuna jagunemine toimus 2023.a. lõpul, ei saanud osaühing tulu söödakultuuride tootmisest. Sissetulek on saadud põllumajandusmaa rentimisest teistele ettvõtjatele ja kinnistu müügist.

      Osaühingut juhib kaheliikmeline juhatus, kes oma töö eest aruandeaastal tasu ei saanud.

      Kalju Agro OÜ eesmärk 2024. aastal on söödakultuuride tootmise alustamine ja müügitulu suurendamine.
