      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Kandsa Teenused OÜ põhitegevusalaks oli 2025. aastal hoonete üldpuhastusteenuse osutamine. Aruandeaastal jätkas ettevõte tavapärast majandustegevust.

      2025 aasta müügitulu oli 15 864 eurot ning majandusaasta lõppes 477 euro suuruse kahjumiga. Kahjum tulenes eelkõige tavapärastest tööjõu- ja tegevuskuludest.

      Aruandekuupäeva seisuga ei vasta osaühingu omakapital seaduses sätestatud nõudele, kuna omakapital on väiksem kui pool osakapitalist.

      Juhtkond on olukorrast teadlik ning kavandab omakapitali taastamist järgneval majandusaastal äritegevuse kasumi arvelt. Vajadusel tehakse omaniku poolt täiendav sissemakse omakapitali, et viia netovara seaduses nõutud tasemele.

      2026 aastal on ettevõttel plaanis jätkata majandustegevust ning teha vajadusel tegevuses ja kulustruktuuris muudatusi, et parandada ettevõtte kasumlikkust ja omakapitali seisu.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on ettevõte jätkuvalt tegutsev.
