La Prima Noble on Itaalia restoran, kus Vahemere võlud, Itaalia rannikuköök ja põhjamaine elegants põimuvad üheks ainulaadseks elamuseks. Asudes Noblessneri sadamalinnaku südames, pakub La Prima Noble tõelisele Itaalia restoranile omast atmosfääri, kus kohtuvad soojus, kirg ja maitsete puhtus.

Restorani kontseptsioon – Ristorante / Enoteca / Pescheria – põhineb Itaalia kulinaarsel mitmekesisusel. Itaalia restorani menüüst leiab värskeid mereande, käsitsi valmistatud pastasid, maitsvaid liharoogasid, hoolikalt koostatud taimetoiduvalikuid ning spetsiaalse menüü väikestele gurmaanidele. Elamust täiendavad peenetundeline veinikaart ja käsitöökokteilid, mis on loodud sobima iga roaga.

La Prima Noble (Itaalia restoran) köögipoolel seisavad kaks tunnustatud Eesti kokka:

 Brand Chef Dmitri Rooz – üle 30 aasta kogemust nii Eestis kui rahvusvahelises kokandusmaailmas. Ta on olnud mitmete tunnustatud restoranide looja ja juht, esindanud Eestit Bocuse d’Or maailmafinaalis ning viinud restorani SMAK Michelini giidi. Tema visioon, pühendumus ja sügav austus koostisosade vastu loovad tugeva aluse kogu La Prima köögile.
 Chef Vladimir Narajevski – restorani igapäevase köögitöö eest vastutav peakokk, kes toob menüüsse täpsuse, loovuse ja sügava armastuse Itaalia toidukultuuri vastu. Tema käe all valmivad roogade detailid viimistletult ja hingega.
