Ronimistreening lastele ja meeskondadele — turvaline tehnika, kasvav enesekindlus (sept–juuni)

Ronimistreening pakub hooajalisi ja eesmärgipäraseid treeninguid, mis arendavad tehnilist oskust, füüsilist võimekust ja enesekindlust nii alustajatele kui ka edasijõudnutele. Treeningud toimuvad septembrist juunini ning hõlmavad lastetrenne, eratreeninguid ning meeskonnatunde — igale vanusele ja tasemele sobiv intensiivsus ja tempo.

Mida pakub programm?

Struktureeritud treeningud keskenduvad ronimistehnika loogilisele õpetamisele, turvalisele juhendamisele ja osalejate individuaalsele arengule. Treeningud kombineerivad harjutusi seinal, jõutreeningu elemente, koordinatsioonitööd ja strateegilist liikumist, et tagada terviklik areng.

Kellele sobib?

  • Lapsed ja noored: mängulised ja motiveerivad lastetrennid, mis arendavad motoorikat, julgust ja meeskonnatunnet.
  • Huvilised ja edasijõudnud: tehnika lihvimine ja raskusastmete tõstmine eratreeningute kaudu.
  • Meeskonnad ja koolirühmad: koostööoskused, strateegiaharjutused ja ühised eesmärgid meeskonnatundides.
