      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Kairi Kohvik OÜ on 2024a erakapitalil loodud ettevõte.

      2024a avasime värskelt renoveeritud ruumides kohviku, mis pakub kohapeal valmistatud pagari- ning kondiitritooteid. 2024a peamised kliendid olid eraisikud ning Kohalikuomavalitsuse allasutused.

      Esimene aasta läks sisseelamiseks ning vajaliku varustuse hankimiseks.

      Kairi Kohvik OÜ sai ettevõtlusega alustamise toetust EASist.

      2025a prognoose on ettevõttel keeruline teha kuna on tulemas raske aasta maksutõusude näol ning kliendid on ettevaatlikud. 01.07.2025 tõuseb suvel KM veelgi lisaks mitmetele muudele EV valitsuse kehtestatud maksudele. See mõjutab kindlasti ka ettevõtte tooraine kallinemist kui ka ostujõudlust.

      Sellest hoolimata oleme planeerinud kasvatada käibe- ja kasumimahtu tootevaliku laiendamise teel.

      Hetkel on ettevõttes 4 lepinguga töölist.

      Juhatuse liikmele 2024a tasu ei makstud.
