      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      T-L-Takso OÜ põhitegevusalaks oli lõppenud majandusaastal ja on planeeritud ka järgnevateks tegevusaastateks taksoveoteenuse osutamine.

      Aruandeaastal saadi müügitulu 73 (2024; 55) tuhat eurot ning majandusaasta lõppes 18 (2024; 6 tuhande eurot suuruse kasumiga) tuhande euro suuruse kahjumiga.

      Ettevõte investeeris 2025. aastal põhivaradesse 0 (2024; 16 tuhat) eurot. Arengu- ja uurimusväljaminekuid ettevõtte arengukava kohaselt lõppenud majandusaastal ei tehtud ning ei planeerita olulises osas teha ka järgmisel majandusaastal.

      Bilansipäeva seisuga 31.12.2025 ei vasta osaühingu netovara Äriseadustiku §176 nõuetele. Osaühingu netovara plaanitakse suurendada järgmiste perioodide kasumi arvelt, mille tulemusena viiakse netovara vastavusse Äriseadustiku nõuetega. Juhul kui järgmiste perioodide kasum ei kata kahjumit on osanik valmis suurendama osaühingu osakapitali ulatuses, mis tagaks netovara vastavuse Äriseadustiku nõuetega.
