      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Üldandmed

      Mermad OÜ on 2024. aastal asutatud eraettevõte, mille põhitegevusala on lapsehoiuteenuse osutamine. Ettevõte tegutseb Eestis ning pakub individuaalset ja paindlikku lapsehoidu vastavalt klientide vajadustele.

      Olulisemad tegevused ja arengud aruandeaastal

      Asutamisaastal alustas Mermad OÜ ettevalmistustöödega. Detsembrist alustas firma lapsehoiuga. Teenuseid osutati peamiselt Tartumaal, kus keskenduti usaldusväärse ja kvaliteetse teenuse pakkumisele. Ettevõte suunas tähelepanu kliendibaasi loomisele, tööprotsesside kujundamisele ja kohaliku turu vajaduste kaardistamisele.

      Kuigi tegemist oli esimese tegutsemisaastaga, kujunes töökorraldus stabiilseks ning teenuse vastu tunti huvi. Klientide rahulolu oli kõrge, mis lõi hea aluse edasiseks kasvuks. Teenuseid osutas üks töötaja, kes täitis ka ettevõtte haldus- ja arendustegevuse funktsioone.

      Tulevikuplaanid 2025. aastaks on seatud eesmärgiks teenusemahu suurendamine ning nähtavuse kasvatamine Tartumaal. Samuti on plaanis arendada koostööd kohalike kogukondade ja peredega, arendada veebipõhist kohalolekut ja kaaluda uute teenuste (nt erisündmuste lapsehoid) lisamist.
