      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Pankur OÜ põhitegevusalaks on kinnisvara arendus.

      2024. aastal soetas ettevõte kinnistu, mille arendustegevusega jätkati 2025. aastal.

      Kinnistu arendamisega otseselt seotud kulud on kajastatud kinnisvarainvesteeringu koosseisus.

      Aruandeaastal ei teeninud ettevõte veel müügitulu. Ettevõtte tegevuskulude tõttu kujunes aruandeaasta tulem negatiivseks ning bilansipäeva seisuga ei vastanud omakapital äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele. Juhtkonna hinnangul on omakapitali mittevastavus ajutine. Omakapital taastatakse tulevaste perioodide tulude arvelt, mis tekivad arendatava kinnistu müügist.
