      Tegevusaruanne HomeUP OÜ

      HomeUp OÜ viis aastal 2025 aastal ellu pilootprojekti, et pakkuda inimestele mugavat koduvahetusteenust.

      Investeerisime turundusse ja teenuse ülesehitusse veidi alla 10 000 euro. Pilootprojekt oli edukas ja klientide huvi oli suur, kuid viitas kitsaskohtadele teenuse disainis ja riskiprofiilis. Aastal 2026 otsustab juhatus, kas teenus ümber kujundada või lõpetada.

      Omakapital taastatakse seaduses ettenähtud nõudele vastavaks aastal 2026 osanike täiendava sissemakse teel või olemasolevate laenukohustusete konverteerimise teel osaluseks ettevõttes.
