      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      ExoMecha OÜ registreeriti 14.08.2024 ning käesolev aruanne hõlmab ettevõtte esimest pikendatud majandusaastat perioodil 14.08.2024–31.12.2025. Ettevõtte põhitegevusalaks on märgitud muud finantsteenuste abitegevusalad. Aruandeperioodil keskendus ettevõte aktiivsele arendustegevusele, et luua vajalikud tingimused põhitegevuse käivitamiseks, mistõttu otsest müügitulu majandusaastal ei teenitud.

      Ettevõtte tulud moodustasid muud äritulud summas 5 193 eurot, mis saadi äripinna rendist.

      Ettevõtte juhatus on üheliikmeline ning aruandeperioodil juhatuse liikmele tasusid ega muid soodustusi ei arvestatud. Majandusaastal ettevõttel palgalisi töötajaid ei olnud ning tööjõukulusid ei tekkinud. Järgmisel, 2026. majandusaastal on ExoMecha OÜ eesmärgiks viia arendustegevus lõpule, alustada teenuste pakkumist põhitegevusalal ning kindlustada stabiilne turupositsioon.
