      Tegevuse jätkuvus ja omakapitali taastamine Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli Joosu Talu OÜ omakapital -838 eurot, mis ei vasta Äriseadustikus sätestatud nõuetele.

      Juhtkonna hinnangul on ettevõte jätkuvalt suuteline oma kohustusi täitma ning tegevust jätkama. Omakapitali taastamiseks ei planeerita osanike poolt täiendavaid sissemakseid. Omakapital on kavas viia seadusega vastavusse 2026. majandusaasta jooksul äritegevuse tulemusel, müügitulu suurendades ja tegevuskulusid optimeerides.
