      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Arksmer OÜ on asutatud 2024.a. Põhitegevuseks on eluruumide ja mitteeluruumide ehitus (EMTAK kood 41001). Teostatakse nii pea-, kui alltöövõttu. 2025.a. töötas Arksmer OÜ-s üks töötaja, kes sai tasu 13254 eurot, arvestamata sotsiaal- ja töötuskindlustusmaksu. Juhatus on üheliikmeline, kes juhatuseliikme tasu ei saanud. 2025.a. invesesteeriti materiaalsesse põhivarasse 13647,54 eurot, 2026. aastal uusi investeeringuid ei planeerita. Arksmer OÜ jätkab 2026. aastal ehitusalast tegevust lähtudes turuolukorrast. 2025. majandusaasta tulemusel on

      Arksmer OÜ'le tekkinud negatiivne omakapital, mille suurimaks tekitajaks on materjaalse põhivara ost. Tööbussi ost oli oluline ettevõtte edasiseks arenguks. 2026. aastal peaks pöörama erilist tähelepanu finantsseisu jälgimisele ja kasutama vajalikke meetmeid, et tagada ettevõtte stabiilne kasv ja konkurentsivõime. Samuti on oluline keskenduda kasumlikkuse parandamisele, näiteks kulusäästude leidmisele või rohkemate ning tulusamate projektide leidmisele.

      Raamatupidamise aastaaruanne kajastab asjakohaselt ja tõepäraselt ettevõtte finantsseisundit ja finantstulemust ning selle koostamisel rakendatud arvestuspõhimõtted on vastavuses Eesti Finantsaruandluse standardiga.
