The Company Story
We are a HoReCa consultancy company that helps independent and multi-location restaurants make delivery and extension of channels commercially viable and operationally manageable. The focus of our work is reporting, practical application work and measurement of business results - the aim is to ensure that additional sales channels are not just an increase in turnover but a sustainable source of profit.
Many restaurants face a situation in which platform sales increase turnover, but eat profits through high fees, unoptimal menu and price structure and weak repetition orders and visibility. In addition, fragmented systems and manual processes create poor decision-making information and unnecessary workload.
We solve these challenges with an analysis and implementation phase that combines financial observation, customer retention and visibility improvement with practical systems and working arrangements. As a result of the work, restaurant managers will receive clear priorities, measurable goals and workable solutions that facilitate daily management and marketing.
Infrastructure thanks to the experience of the platform, a pragmatic methodical approach and the implementation of hands-on solutions - we do not leave recommendations only in the slide background. In cooperation with restaurants, we have demonstrated our approach at more than 30 meetings, focusing on specific ROI and operational implementation.
The work results in short-term and measurable improvements: usually, there has been an increase in platform revenue, higher average order value and improved gross margin, and customers will see results in weeks to months. We are moving towards delivery and new channels supporting the restaurant's business model in the long term and not spending it.
