      KÜ põhitegevusalaks on EMTAKni järgi elamute ja üürimajade hooldamine (KÜ, elamud jm. sarnane), sh. hooldus ja remont.

      Juhatuse esimehe tasu määrati KÜ üldkoosolekul 30.04.2008 ja kuni 30.04.2023 oli 1087,50 € kuus (1,5 töötasu alammäära). Alates 01.05.2023 kuni järgmise üldkoosolekuni 725 € kuus. Määratud tasu sisaldab isikliku telefoni ja sõiduautoga seotud kulutusi. Töölepingu alusel töötas KÜ majahoidja – 0,5 töökoormusega, kuutasu 362,50 €. Raamatupidamisteenus osteti sisse (348,00 € kuus).
