      Korteriühistu Larri KÜ põhitegevus on elamu majandamine.

      Korteriühistu juhatus koosneb ühest liikmest. Juhatuse liikmele ja töötajatele ei ole 2025. aastal tasu makstud. Haldusteenuse eest maksti 2400 eurot. 2024. aruandeaastal maksti 1250 eurot juhatuse liikme tasu ja 400 eurot haldustasu.

      2025. aastal moodustas remondikulu kokku 368 eurot (2024. aastal 5159 eurot).

      Aruandeaasta tulem oli 426 eurot (2024. aastal -2791 eurot).

      Korteriühistu jätkab 2026. aastal elamu majandamisega.
