      Ühistu tegeleb temale kuuluva elamu majandamisega. 2025. aasta korteriühistu majandamiskulud olid 2 392 eurot millest 1 528 eurot oli tasud tarbitud vee ja kanalisatsiooni, 372 eurot prügiveo eest ning 492 eurot raamatupidamisarvetuse teenuse eest.

      Ühistu kogub remondifondi korteri kohta 25 eurot kuus. Remondifondi jääk aruandeperioodi alguses oli11 880 eurot, aruandeperioodil laekus fondi 2400 eurot. Remondifondi arvelt kaeti 2025.a pangakulud.

      Remondifondi jääk 31.12.2025 oli 14 263 eurot.
