      KÜ Nõlvaku 11 alustas tegevust 01. juulist 1996.a.

      Korteriühistu peamiseks tegevusalaks on Tartu linnas Nõlvaku 11 asuva 63 korteriga elamu korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade majandamine ja ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine (EMTAK kood 68321).

      KÜ Nõlvaku 11 bilansimaht 2025.aastal oli 32765 eurot.

      KÜ Nõlvaku 11 Reservkapital seisuga 31.12.2025.a. oli 6 841 eurot.

      Palga kulu 2025.a.oli 15 955 eurot. Töötasu said majahoidja, juhatuse esimees.

      2025.a. suuremaks remonttööks oli vee-ja kanalisatsiooni püstakute vahetus.

      2025. aastal tegeles juhatus jooksvate küsimuste lahendamisega, mis puudutasid hoone korrashoidu ja jooksvat remonti.
