      Märjamaa vald, Valgu küla, Valgu keskus 9 korteriühistu tegutseb alates 1997.

      aastast. Korteriühistut juhib neljaliikmeline juhatus.

      Liikmetelt kogutavate remondi- ja hooldustasudena arvestati 14887 EUR, 2023.a 11630 EUR.

      Korteriühistu vahendas vee-, kanalisatsiooni-, prügi kütuse ja küttesüsteemi hoolduse teenuseid summas 27364 EUR, 2023.a 28112 EUR.

      Majandamiskulud olid kokku 41322 EUR, 2023.a 6302EUR. Sellest kulus maja vee- ja kanalisatsioonitorustiku renoveerimisele 38955 EUR. 2023.a kulus renoveerimistöödele 3756 EUR. Jätkus tegevus maja kütmise ja heakorra tagamisel.

      Korteriühistul on kavas omakapitali suurendada reservfondi täiendamisega.

      Korteriühistu on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
