      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      KÜ Näpi Pärnad eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      KÜ-s Näpi Pärnad on 12 korteriomandit.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2025.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Soojus AS kogusummas 9 591,16 €

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 2 196,76 €

      Enefit AS kogusummas 294,38 €

      Lääne-Virumaa Jäätmekeskus MTÜ kogusummas 560,99 € 2025.a sõlmiti laenuleping vee- ja kanalisatsiooni püstikute vahetamiseks ja kaugloetavate veearvestite paigaldamiseks summas 23 000 € tagasimakse tähtajaga 30.03.2032.a. Tööde kogumaksumus oli 34 628,76 €.
