      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      KÜ Näpi Pärnad eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      KÜ-s Näpi Pärnad on 12 korteriomandit.

      KÜ Näpi Pärnad on sõlminud Swedbank AS laenulepingud, mille tagasimakse lõpptähtaeg on 30.07.2024 ja intressimääraks 3,72 % 2023.a maksti pangale intresse 116,06 € ja laenu 3098,86 €. 31.12.2023.a seisuga on laenujääk 1854,59 €.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2023.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Soojus AS kogusummas 9763,58 €

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 1469,34 €

      Eesti Energia AS kogusummas 281,22 €

      Lääne-Virumaa Jäätmekeskus MTÜ kogusummas 421,60 €
