The Company Story
We are a non-profit professional association that supports the introduction of negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods. Our activities focus on ensuring that families and other parties find a way to resolve differences in a confidential, dignified and out-of-court manner, and that mediation functions as a reliable and understandable part of the legal system.
Many family and civil disputes are those that the parties prefer to resolve without going to court, but public awareness of the role of mediation, the necessary procedures and qualifications is limited. At the same time, unresolved conflicts cause tensions in relations and often also higher costs and expectations for legal proceedings. These challenges require clarity, trust and professional competence in the field of mediation.
The organisation acts both as a supporter of internships and as a professional developer: we offer confidential family mediation services, create and maintain professional and quality frameworks for mediation, and we support professional training and certification. In addition, we prepare public information and instructions to clarify the legal context and possibilities of mediation, and we work with public authorities, courts and other partners to improve accessibility and more smoothly link mediation to existing services.
We differ by combining practical advice, vocational training and the development of national quality standards with a common approach. Our aim is for more disputes to be resolved through negotiation, for the competence of mediators to be more uniform and for agreements between the parties to be credible and reasonably enforceable, as appropriate. In this direction, we aim to reduce court conditions and support the capacity of people and institutions to deal constructively with conflicts.
