      Korteriühistu Rohu 1a moodustati 23. detsembril 1997. aastal eesmärgiga luua tingimused korteriomanike isiklikus omandis oleva korteri ja majavalduse kui terviku valdamiseks, kasutamiseks ja säilitamiseks.

      Ühistut juhib neljaliikmeline juhatus. 2024. aastal maksti juhatuse esimehele 2160 eurot brutosummas (2023: 2160 eurot).

      Ülejäänud juhatuse liikmed tasu ei saanud (2023: 0).

      2024. aasta jooksul oli ühistul 1 osalise ajaga töötaja, kellele maksti kokku töötasu 1700 eurot brutosummas (2023: 2040 eurot).

      2016. aastal teostati tervikrenoveerimine KredExi 25 %-lise toetusega.
