      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Rakvere linn , Võidu tn 70 korteriühistu moodustati jaanuaris 1998.a. ja ühistu põhitegevusala on 60 korterilise elamu haldus, elanike teenindamine ja kommunaalteenuste vahendamine majaelanikele. Korteriühistu liikmeteks on 60 korteriomanikku.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab viieliikmeline juhatus eesotsas esimehega. 2024 aastal oli keskmine töötajate arv 2, tasud koos sotsiaalmaksetega summas 12 437 eurot.

      2024 astal teostati kogu maja ventilatsiooni puhastus ja hooldus, soojussõlmes tehti hooldus ja remontitöid ja korrastati parklat.

      2024 aastal toimus 1 üldkoosolek.

      Korteriühistu on mittetulundusühing ja 2024 aastal ettevõtlusega ei tegelenud.
