      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Struve 8a liikmeteks on 21 korteriomanikku. Ühistu tööd korraldab 2-liikmeline juhatus. Juhatuse tegevuse eesmärgiks on ühistu töö organiseerimine ja omanike huvide esindamine. Alates 2013. a. aprillist on ühistul sõlmitud haldusleping firmaga OÜ Ropka Elamu.

      Ühistul oli aasta lõpu seisuga kontol 90 648 €. Aasta jooksul suurenesid rahalised vahendid 14 577 € võrra.

      Elanike võlgnevus tähtaja ületanud arvete osas oli aasta lõpul 600 €.

      Sihtotstarbeliseks kasutamiseks mõeldud vahendite (remondifond) jääk oli aasta lõpul 60 930 €.

      2024. a. tulem oli 1 359 € ja eelnevatest perioodidest akumuleeritud tulem 26 028 €.
