      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu AHJA NOORUSE 2 on mittetulundusühistu.

      Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärgiks on AHJA NOORUSE 2 elamu ühisosade ja selle juurde kuuluva maa ühine majandamine ning sellega ühistu liikmete huvide esindamine. Samuti ühistu liikmetele seoses eluruumide kasutamisega teenuste osutamise vahendamine.

      2024. a. toimus üks üldkoosolek ja üks korduskoosolek, kus kinnitati majandustegevuse aastaaruanne ja majanduskava ning kinnitati uus juhatus.

      2024. aastal suuremaid remonditöid ei olnud. Teostati kanalisatsioonikaevude puhastus, hooldati maja ümbrust ja korraldati ringi ühistu jäätmekäitlus.

      Korteriühistu on jätkuvalt tegutsev.
