      2025.a. aastal sai suurema tööna majale pandud uued alumiiniumvälisuksed, sellega seoses ka uus fonosüsteem.

      Ühistus oli palgatöötajaid kolm I sektsiooni koristaja 0,05 kohaga, II ja III sektsiooni koristaja 0,10 kohaga ja juhatuse esimees .

      2026.aastaks on planeeritud suurema tööna kaugloetavate veemõõturite panemine.

      Planeeritavaks 2026.a.. majandusaasta kuluks koos kommunaalkuludega on kinnitatud 154370.24, mille sees on 85 000.00 euro ulatuses toetusrahadest varjumiskoha kohandamiseks kulud, kui neid õnnestub saada ühistul.
