      Saru Korteriühistu Mesitaru tegutseb 1998.aastast.

      Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ja ehitise ning maa mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine.

      Hooldusfondist kasutati 2023. aastal 844 eurot KÜ majandamiskuludeks.

      Prügiveo kulud olid 790 eurot ja vee-kanalisatsioonikulud olid 2602 eurot.

      Aruandeaasta tulem oli 1387 eurot.

      Palgatööjõudu Saru Korteriühistu Mesitaru ei kasuta.
