      2025.aasta TEGEVUSARUANNE

      Elamu Punane 67 majandamine võeti AS Ehitajate EEV-lt üle elamu haldamise ja majandamise üleandmise- vastuvõtmise aktiga 01.06.1999.a. Alates sellest ajast teostab KÜ Punane tn. 67 elamu majandamist.

      Punane 67 Korteriühistu põhitegevuseks on põhihooldusteenuste vahendus ja osutamine omanikele.

      Põhitegevuse tulud olid vastavalt tulemiaruandele 63204 euro.,

      Kulud - 60804 euro.,

      Tulem 2400 euro.

      2026a. plaanis on teostada: - Avariitööd

      Korteriühistu on teinud vaadeldud perioodil kulutusi vastavalt eelarvele ja üldkoosoleku otsustele ning on käesoleval ajal maksevõimeline.
