      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistus tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Korteriühistu tööd korraldas 2024. aastal valitseja Haapsalu Linnamajanduse AS.

      Palgalist tööjõudu 2024 aastal ei kasutatud. Vajalikud tööd on tellitud teenuste pakkujatelt.

      Korteriühistu kaare tn 8 algatas 2024. aastal valitseja Haapsalu Linnamajanduse AS valitsemislepingu lõpetamise, mille lõppemisel lõppeb ka raamatupidamise teenuse leping.

      Edaspidi jätkub töö 3 liikmelise juhatusega.

      Kaare tn 8 korteriühistu bilansi mahuks 2024. aastal oli 66075 eurot ning perioodi tulemiks 542 eurot.
