      Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandi esemete osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      KÜ tööd korraldab juhatus, mis on 3-liikmeline. Juhatuse tööd korraldab juhatuse esimees.

      Aaruandeaastal koguti remondivahendeid 12 251 eurot, remondifondist tehti kulutusi 5 803 euro eest. Laenujääk 31.12.2025 seisuga on 69 420 eurot.

      Korteriomanike maksetähtaega ületavad võlgnevused olid seisuga 31.12.2025 869 eurot.
