      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      KÜ Rakvere linn, Võidu tn 88 eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      Korteriühistus on 60 korteriomandit.

      KÜ Rakvere linn, Võidu tn 88 on sõlminud pangaga laenulepingu, mille tagasimakse lõpptähtaeg on 16.10.2037.a.

      2025.a maksti pangale intresse 16 110,50 € ja laenu 24 658,48 €. 31.12.2025.a seisuga on laenujääk 382 098,67 €.

      Korteriühistu juhatus on nelja liikmeline. Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei maksta.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2025.a kommunaalteenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 14 101,91 €

      Enefit AS kogusummas 11 143,43 € (sh üldelekter 2236,73 € ja 8906,70 € soojusenergia tootmiseks)

      Rakvere Soojus AS kogusummas 18 055,78 €

      Lääne-Viru Jäätmekeskus MTÜ/Ragn-Sells AS (prügi) kogusummas 2160,61 €
