      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Uus 61 põhitegevusala on 90 korterilise elamu (Uus 61 Tartus) elanike teenindamine ja kommunaalteenuste vahendamine majaelanikele.

      Korteriühistu moodustati 1996.a. Korteriühistu liikmeteks on 90 korteriomanikku. Korteriühistu tööd korraldab kuueliikmeline juhatus eesotsas esimehega.

      2024.aastal suuremaid remoditöid ei tehtud. Tehti jooksvaid hooldus- ja remonditöid.

      Korteriühistu on mittetulundusühing ja 2024.aastal ettevõtlusega tegelenud ei ole.

      2024.aastal töötas ühistus kaks inimest. Tööjõukulu koos sotsiaalmaksudega oli 22826.- eurot. Juhatuse esimehe tööjõukulu oli 7889.- eurot.
