      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      KÜ Jaama 13 moodustati 1995.a. Korteriühistu liikmeteks on 18 korteri omanikku. Juhatuse tööd korraldab juhatuse esimees.Juhatus on kolmeliikmeline. Korteriühistu on mittetulundusühing.

      2006.a võeti SEB pangast pikaajaline pangalean summas 630000 krooni (40264,34 EUR) mis tagastatakse 20 aasta jooksul. Laenu intressimäär oli laenulepingu sõlmimisel 1,8% . Laenu tagasimakse kaetakse sihtkapitali (remondifondi) maksetest. 2025.a. lõpuks oli KÜ

      Jaama 13 võlg SEB pangale 688 eurot

      Majandusaasta jooksul maksti 2 korda ehitise kindlustust kogusummas 365 eurot.

      Majandusaastal teostati maja hooldus- ja heakorratöid.

      Korteriühistul on elektrienergia ostuks sõlmitud Enefit AS leping . Valitud pakett Roheline Energia. Lepingu lõpptähtaeg 31.12.2027.a.
