      KÜ Soo 2 liikmeteks on 55 korteriomanikku. Ühistu tööd korraldab juhatus ja raamatupidamist palgaline raamatupidaja.

      Ühistul oli aasta lõpu seisuga Swedbank-i kontol 11 646 €. Võrreldes eelmise aastaga on raha jääk püsinud samal tasemel
