      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistus on 12 korteriomandit.

      2023.a üldkoosolekul võeti vastu otsus alustada Ettevõtluse ja Innovatsiooni SA (KredEx) toetusmeetme abil korterelamu tervikliku rekonstrueerimise asjaajamisega. 2024.a viidi läbi tehnilise konsultandi ja projekteerimise hange. Rekonstrueerimisprojekt valmib 2025.a.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2024.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 1321,05 €

      Enefit AS/Alexela AS kogusummas 71,36 €

      Lääne-Viru Jäätmekeskus MTÜ/Ragn-Sells AS kogusummas 383,90 €
