      Korteriühistu eesmärgiks on korteriomandite esemeks olevate ehitiste ja maatükki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine.

      Lääne 4 on 85 korteriga elamu.Ühistu tööd korraldab neljaliikmeline juhatus.

      2024a. oli üldkasutatavates ruumides teostatud järgmised tööd: 1.Autoparkla ehitus (Rattar OÜ) 2.Välisuste remont ja hooldus (OÜ Tulu PH)(Teps Lukk) 3.Elektritööd (Elravel OÜ) 4. Santehnilised tööd (Epitet OÜ) (Giga Ehitus OÜ)

      Keskmine töötajate arv oli 3.

      Töötajate palgakulu koos maksudega aruandeperioodil oli 14680 eur.
