      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Pikk 90 on lähtunud oma tegevuses üldkoosolekul vastuvõetud otsustest.

      18.04 2024.a kinnitati 2023. aasta majandusaasta aruanne ja 2024. aasta majanduskava. Juhatusse valiti Reio Vaard ja Fred Hinn.

      Korteriühistu on arveldustes olnud korrektne, tasudes kommunaalkulude ning elektri võrguteenuse eest tähtaegselt. Kõik ühistu tehingud tehti läbi panga. Korteriühistule osutab raamatupidamisteenust OÜ KT Solutions ja heakorrateenust OÜ Behalf, töötajaid pole.

      Aasta kulutused olid 13426 eurot, sh::

      Remonditööd 4265 €

      Raamatupidamine, haldusteenus Wicpac OÜ 2700 €

      Muu haldus 1539 €

      Korrashoid 2668 €

      Prügivedu 1537 €

      Elekter 717 € 2024.a. valmis jäätmemaja kahasse KÜ Pikk 92-ga, sel aastal kulutati selleks 4008 EUR.
