      MTÜ Garaažiühistu Malmi liikmed on 30.11.2023.a. vastu võtnud otsuse mittetulundusühingu tegevus lõpetada ja määrata likvideerija.

      Garaažiühistu Malmi dokumentatsioon oli seniajani kooskõlla viimata alates 01.01.2005.a. kehtiva hooneühistu seadusega ning kuna 01.09.2023 jõustunud hooneühistu seaduse muudatustega kaasnes hooneühistutele formaalsusi, siis liikmed pidasid otstarbekamaks mittetulundusühing likvideerida ja jätkata garaažidega majandamist hoopis korteriomandi- ja korteriühistu seaduse alusel, moodustades korteriomandid.
