      KÜ Karjamaa 1A iseseisvalt tegutseb alates 02.06.1999.a.

      KÜ Karjamaa 1a asutati seaduses ettenähtud korras korteriomanike otsuse alusel. KÜ korteriomanike otsusega oli määratud haldustasu 0.64 euro m2. Haldustasu oli kasutatud asjaajamiseks ning elamu korrashoiuks. Reservfondi rahaline jääk on 6313.- euro. Ühistus on 8 korterit.

      Korteriühistut juhis KÜ KARJAMAA 1A korteriühistu liikmete poolt valitud esimees Daniel Kostrov. Tema brutto palk 2023.a. jooksul oli 1450.- euri.

      2023. aasta jooksul oli tehtud väikesed haldustööd ja korstna pühkemine. KÜ maja on kindlustatud.
