      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Allika Toila (KÜ) asutati 16.09.1999.a. Korteriühistul on 10 liiget, kellele kuulub kokku 8 korteriomandit. KÜ tegevusalaks on hoonete ja üürimajade haldus ja liikmete huvide esindamine. Alates 04.10.2024.a. juhib Allika Toila KÜ tegevust Karl Liiva juhatuse esimehena.

      2024. aastal tegeles KÜ elamu ning selle juurde kuuluva maa haldamise, hooldamise ning vajalike remondi- ja heakorratööde korraldamisega. Teostati Allika tn 5, Toila fassaadi pesu, taastati sissesõidutee freespuruga ning teostati gaasikatla hooldus.

      Ühistu partnerid tarbimisteenuste osas on järgmised:

      Elektrienergia - Enefit AS ning Alexela AS

      Gaas - Alexela AS ja AS Elenger Grupp

      Vesi ja kanalistasioon - AS Vekanor

      Jäätmekäitlusteenus - OÜ Ekovir

      KÜ arvete laekumine aruandeaastal toimus tähtaegselt.
