      Korteriühistusse Viljandi Vase kuulub üks 12-korteriga ja kolm 8-korteriga elumaja.

      2023.a. on kogutud elanikelt nagu kõikidel eelnevatelgi aastatel kommunaalmakseid vastavalt esitatud arvetele ja kogutud on ka hooldustasu ning rahalisi vahendeid remondifondi.

      Hooldustasu – ja remondifondi kogutavate rahaliste vahendite suurus otsustatakse elanike üldkoosolekul.

      Lisaks hooldustasule ja remondifondi kogutavatele summadele tasuvad elanikud ka igakuuliselt alates 2014.a elamute renoveerimiseks võetud pangalaenu ning selle intresse.
