      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Korteriühistu MAI T. 39 tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Korteriühistu MAI T. 39 asutati 1999.a. Käesolev majandusaasta aruanne on koostatud 2023.a.

      majandusaasta kohta.

      2023. aastal tehti autode parklas restkaevu paigaldus ja ühendamine linnaga 2854 eurot, hoone vahelae tuulutusrestide vahetus 1537 eurot ja hooldus- ja remonditöid vastavalt vajadusele.

      2024.aastal tehakse hooldus- ja remonttöid vastavalt vajadusele.

      Keskmine töötajate arv 4 ning töötasu 9120 eurot.
