      Hooneühistu garaažikooperatiiv "Lombi-4" on põhikirja järgi äriühing, mis on asutatud 03.01.1979.a. (esimene põhikiri registreeritud Tallinna

      Lenini rajooni RSN Täitevkomitees 23.01.1979.a. nr.8 all, teine põhikiri on vastu võetud üldkoosolekul 23.02.1999.a. ja kantud registrisse 07.10.1999.a.) eesmärgiga ehitada garaažiruumid ning tagada nende kasutamine. Ühistu liikmetelt kogutud osamaks 1500 krooni ehk (96 eurot) boksi kohta eksisteerib asjastatud kujul, moodustades ühistu põhivara.

      Seoses õigusaktidest tulenevate nõuete muutumisega on ühistu vastu võtnud ja registreerinud uue põhikirja 2007/2008. aastal.

      Ühistu on taganud oma liikmetele elektrivarustuse, võimetekohase turvalisuse ja maamaksu õigeaegse tasumise.

      Ühistul ei olnud palgalisi töötajaid . Ühistul ei ole tulutaotlevat tegevust.
