      2024. aastal oli KÜ Tõrva Valga-64 põhitegevuseks korteriühistu liikmetele kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      Kommunaalteenuseid vahendati mahus 19 683 eurot.

      2024.a. oli KÜ Tõrva Valga-64 töötajate keskmine arv 1 töötaja.

      2017.a. KÜ Tõrva Valga-64 juhatus tegeles hoone rekonstrueerimisega. Selleks saadi toetust SA-lt KREDEX 206 827,60 eurot ja võeti laenu 20 aastaks AS-lt SWEDBANK 299 372,40 eurot, intressimääraga esimesel viieaastasel perioodil: fikseeritud 2,69% ning pärast esimest viieaastast perioodi: 6 kuu euribor + 2,4%.

      Laenu ja toetusega kaeti järgmised kulud: fassaadi, sokli, katuse soojustamine ja rekonstrueerimine; avatäidete vahetus; kütte-, vee- ja kanalisatsioonisüsteemide rekonstrueerimine; soojustagastusega ventilatsioonisüsteemi ehitus; siseviimistluse taastamine; projekteerimise ja omanikujärelvalvega seotud kulud.
