      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      KÜ Kotzebue 9 põhikiri kehtib ühistu tegevuse algusest 1999.aastast.

      Korteriühistul on 56 korteriomanikku, Revel Group OÜ, Smartly OÜ, AS Remedium, AS Haldur ja

      Põhja-Tallinna Linnavalitsus.

      2023.aastal ei rakendatud palgatööjõudu, seega tööjõukulusid ei olnud.

      Ühistu tegutseb põhikirja alusel. Ühistut juhib kolmeliikmeline juhatus. Korteriühistu kogus vahendeid hooldustasudeks ja remondiks vastavalt 2023. a. majandustegevuse aastakavale. Kokku remondifondist 2023. aastal kulutati 23 402 EUR.

      Remondifondi kulud 2023.aastal:

      Laenu põhimakse (lep. 16-058933-JI) 9402,78

      Intressid 10723,33

      KIILI BETOON jalgrattahoidja 1308,00

      ECOSTAND pleki paigaldus katuseharjale 780,00

      AERO GRUPP ventilatsiooni puhastus 1188,00
