      GÜ Aru 15a on ümberkujundatud hooneühistuks 07.11.2007.a. üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel.

      HÜ eesmärgiks on toetada ja soodustada oma liikmete majanduslikke huve läbi ühise majandustegevuse kinnisasja, asukohaga Tallinn, Aru 15a ning selle osaks oleva hoone omamisel ja valitsemisel, võimaldades hooneühistu liikmetel hoone kindlaksmääratud osade ainukasutust.

      HÜ Aru 15a asu- ning tegevuskohaks on Tallinn, Aru 15a.

      Boksi tehniline seisukord on rahuldav.

      2023. aasta jooksul oli halduskulud (s.h. raamatupidamis teenused, pangateenused, postikulud jne) kommunaalkulud elekter, omandikulud maamaks.

      2023.a. HÜ-s Aru 15a töötajad ei olnud.

      HÜ finantsseis seisuga 31.12.2023 aasta.

      Pangakonto jääk bilanssi alusel 4 537 eurot.

      Debitoorne võlgnevus: (cid:127) Boksiomanikelt laekumata summad 100 eurot.

      Kreditoorne võlgnevus: (cid:127) Võlad tarnijatele 16 eurot maksetähtaeg 23.01.2023 (Eesti Energia AS; 220 Energia) (cid:127) Boksiomanikelt saadud ettemaksed 178 eurot.

      Netovara seisuga 31.12.2023.a., 5 766 eurot s.h osakapital, remondi reserv.

      Ülaltoodud andmete põhul võib teha järelduse, et majanduslik seisukord 31.12.2023- ks hooneühistus on stabiilne.

      Hooneühistu Aru 15a antud momendil maksuvõimeline.
